Responsibilities

Conduct sampling and/or testing of incoming materials, finished product, micro, and/or participate in additional support activities to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies’ requirements and company standards.

Conduct checking and/or release of incoming materials, finished product, and micro testing.

Develop knowledge of functional area policies and procedures, and perform routine analytical testing and/or sampling functions in at least one QC laboratory.

Develop an understanding of applicable, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements, laboratory processes and procedures, utilization of good documentation practices (GDPs) and other regulatory authority requirements.

Maintain all training requirements for assigned tasks.

Develop operational proficiency using analytical techniques and instrumentation to support sampling and/or testing for applicable products and incoming materials.

Work independently and/or in a team environment to meet or exceed established objectives, applicable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality Performance Indicators (QPIs).

Contribute to projects as assigned and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Report all injuries, illnesses and hazardous materials releases.

Wear personal protective equipment.

Attend EHS training programs.

Adhere to all Quality Compliance standards (Data Integrity, QA, and QC, etc.).

Adhere to QMS policy and regulatory requirements.
