Responsibilities
Lead negotiations for Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) with the Teamsters Union across multiple locations in the United States.
Primary responsibility for drafting CBAs
Represent the company in union-related arbitrations and mediations.
Provide legal counsel on labor disputes and labor law compliance to ensure alignment with federal and state regulations.
Advise the General Counsel on litigation strategies related to labor matters and oversee external counsel, when necessary.
Partner with operations and HR teams to address labor-related challenges and implement proactive solutions.
Maintain strong working relationships with union representatives to support constructive labor-management relations.
Primary responsibility for Labor and Employment disputes to include EEOC, ULP, Mediation, Arbitration, and Litigation

Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in a state bar association.
Minimum of 8+ years negotiating CBAs, must have experience negotiating with Teamsters Union.
Extensive experience in arbitrations, mediations, and advising on labor-related litigation.
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, including the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred
Experience within the shuttle, transit, or transportation industry.
Proven ability to navigate complex labor relations across multiple locations.
