Create and improve the design, development, and maintenance of the training curriculum
Continually ensure all online and instructor-led materials are consistent and up-to-date
Facilitate feedback sessions on L&D workshop effectiveness
Participate actively in project status updates

Required
Experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with ILTs, LMS courses, PDF job aids, and creative asset production
Experience in the B2B Channel ecosystem (SaaS partners, ISVs Resellers, distributors…)
Excellent writing skills - any other languages are a plus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ambiguous work environment
Preferred
Preferred experience in hardware & software from a learning perspective
Preferred experience in VR / AR / MR
