Responsibilities
Create and improve the design, development and maintenance of training curriculum
Continually work to ensure all online and instructor-led materials are consistent, up-to-date, and in line with larger training goals and initiatives
Facilitate feedback sessions on L&D workshop effectiveness
Participate actively and knowledgeably articulate status of projects and interactions
Possess the ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Required
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Experience with ILTs, LMS courses, PDF job aids, and creative asset production
Experience in the B2B Channel ecosystem (SaaS partners, ISVs Resellers, distributors…)
Excellent writing skills - any other languages are a plus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ambiguous work environment
Need to have commercial experience
Being able to deal with ambiguous situations and still find a way to stay productive
Attention to detail and how training content is designed; material is seamless and not aligned with margins, etc.
Experience with retail, doesn’t need to be first or third party. Need to know what it’s like to be in a retail industry with consumer goods or software area
Need to have familiarity with PowerPoint and google slides; need Articulate Rise 360.
