Responsibilities
Assist in a wide range of legal tasks, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and supporting legal compliance efforts.
Work shoulder to shoulder with the General Counsel and receive first hand training for in house legal work at a cutting edge AI startup.
Participate in internal workshops/training sessions on various topics to gain exposure in different areas of the law.

Required
2L or 3L at a top 20 law school
LSAT over 160
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Experience with legal research and analysis
Preferred
Experience at a tech company in house legal department a huge plus
You are fascinated by AI, machine learning, compute infrastructure and cutting edge SoC design
You are a self starter, proactive, want to learn and can deal with chaos and ambiguities
You are a team player but can work with minimum supervision
You move fast and know that's what matters at a startup
