Responsibilities
Own the Sales Funnel Process: Lead the sales cycle process to drive new client leads, discovery calls to learn more about their business needs, pitch opportunities and ultimately new client acquisition and closing. This process includes:
Relationship Building - Research key stakeholders and teams for high potential clients and make headway into creating relationships between Pop’N and these VIPs. Include them in Pop’N events, establish lunches/dinners with them + Pop’N co-founders/team and yourself (as available/feasible), develop additional opportunities to keep Pop’N top of mind and at the top of their consideration set for agencies.
Lead Generation - Source high potential leads based on Pop’N current and desired client roster, and develop authentic relationships with key stakeholders that will lead to a capabilities meeting or potential RFP.
Revenue Generation - Strategize and create a plan to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets (to be discussed).
Achieve:
15 - 30 sales calls/meetings per month
2 - 3 new pitch opportunities per month
Revenue goals per month and quarter (to be discussed)

Required
6+ years experience in business development for marketing agencies with similar businesses/clients as Pop’N
Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue and sales targets
Proven ability to create and maintain successful, positive client relationships. Existing relationships with potential clients aligned with Pop’N’s services are a plus.
Strong self starter, highly organized and motivated to secure new deals
Must be results-driven and detail-oriented
Experience with standard office software (Google Drive, Google Suite - Slides, Sheets, Docs) is a plus
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
A college degree is required
Must be able to work in the U.S. legally
Preferred
A keen interest in researching what’s hot in pop culture and conquesting new business in our fields of excellence
