Responsibilities

Drive data analyses to break down complex business problems and deliver strategic recommendations

Own end-to-end data process for key state of the business deliverables (e.g.,sales retrospective and quarterly business reviews)

Work collaboratively to gather and analyze information as well as formulate and test hypotheses with cross-functional stakeholders and partners (e.g., Sales leadership, Sales Ops, Finance)

Required

5+ years relevant work experience post-grad with 3+ years in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, etc.), investment banking, private equity or top-tier tech strategy or 'bizops' functions (Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.)

Knowledge of the enterprise technology industry

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and Powerpoint / Google Slides; Abnormal uses Google Sheets and Google Slides

Effective verbal and written communication, ability and comfort with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences

Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done

Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision
