Responsibilities

Perform high-volume provider outreach, facilitating initial contact and onboarding processes for providers and creating a streamlined and exceptional experience.

Complete provider demos for the Navigate & Connect platform and provider program and ensure creation of accurate provider and practice accounts.

Develop and nurture positive relationships between providers, Lucet, health plans and internal stakeholders.

Drive network growth for partner health plans by increasing provider network participation to meet network adequacy targets.

Required

Bachelor's degree

3+ years of account management or client relationship experience

Demonstrated experience in working with healthcare providers

Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Zendesk

Must be available during business hours, 9 am – 5 pm, and available for occasional travel

Ability to quickly establish credibility and build new relationships

Highly organized and thrives in a results-oriented environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Detail-driven, self-starter, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Work is performed from home with company-provided equipment. Sitting for long periods of time is expected and use of fingers and hands for typing is necessary.

A quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls.

High-speed internet service (cable or fiber optic) with minimum download Speed of 20 Mbps, Upload Speed of 5 Mbps, and Maximum Latency of 100 milliseconds (must be installed before starting).
