Responsibilities
Assist in the development of strategies for Prospective and Retrospective Intervention Analytics and track progress and impact
Design and develop automated analytical modules related to Risk Adjustment for Medicaid, Marketplace, and Medicare/MMP
Conduct root cause analysis for business data issues and report findings to leadership
Analyze data sets for anomalies and trends using statistical tools to determine significance and predict future trends
Provide technical, functional, and business training to team members to enhance their capabilities

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Math, Economics, or equivalent discipline
6+ years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning of data
5+ years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with a techno-functional role involving complex SQL queries and data design
5+ years of experience with Microsoft T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS
5+ years of experience in statistical analysis and forecasting of medical costs and related metrics
Preferred
Familiarity with Data Science techniques and programming languages like Python and R
Experience in Risk Scores, Encounter Submissions, and Payment Models for Medicaid, Marketplace, or Medicare/MMP
Proven ability to work with complex data problems in financial and performance management
