Responsibilities
Provide support in interpreting and administering compensation programs.
Develop and administer compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
Analyze industry data for salary competitiveness and market trends.
Maintain dashboards for incentive plan measurement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incentive calculation and payment.
Lead job analysis, salary structure design, and compensation surveys.
Provide guidance on pay decisions, policies, and job evaluations.
Support annual salary planning and merit cycle processes.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CCP
5-7 years of related compensation experience or HR project management related experience in Experience in HRIS systems including SuccessFactors, Peoplesoft or Workday.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft windows, including creating complex formulas in Excel Expertise and experience in at least one of the following business disciplines: supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, or distribution.
Ability to develop insightful, value-added, and actionable analyses with detailed explanations regarding drivers of the results; produce unambiguous, comprehensive, and accurate interpretations.
Can identify, define, and analyze problems; use a problem-solving process; develop decision-making strategies; generate potential solutions.
Maintain sophisticated financial and operational models using spreadsheets and database software. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence professional relationships and credibility throughout the organization.
