Responsibilities

Leading expert member of a team of global IT analysts, subject matter experts, and technical resources in the design, development, and validation of enterprise application solutions to address the identified quality issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs, requirements, and constraints.
Develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Oversee the execution of the implementation plan, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams throughout the implementation process, including training, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented solution and identify areas for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of quality assurance and control systems.
Advocate and utilize the application system development lifecycle (SDLC) – including application support, enhancement, and deployment activities.
Proactively analyze business processes; elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility and make recommendations typically seeking to exploit and leverage new or existing IT technology components.
Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how applications can enable new sources of value.
Champion change and innovation. Stimulate creativity, innovation and open to new ideas.
Ensure all required controls are in place and monitor for compliance.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (10+ years) in implementing quality management systems and process improvement initiatives, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in quality assurance and control methodologies, including ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs/projects from initiation to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate information security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Proven track record and experience in supporting the adoption of global processes and systems.
Excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives.
Ability to travel periodically, 10%
