Responsibilities
Supporting the integration of EDI principles in business processes
Managing or optimizing the use of the Availity platform
Bridging the gap between EDI strategies and the technical requirements of Availity
Ensuring both inclusive business practices and seamless, efficient healthcare data exchange
Analyzing business needs
Managing data
Helping implement solutions that drive positive outcomes for both EDI and Availity-related initiatives

Required
Minimum of 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in using Availity or similar healthcare platforms.
Proven experience in implementing or managing EDI initiatives in a business or healthcare setting.
Proficiency in the Availity platform for transaction management, eligibility verification, claims processing, etc.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Business Intelligence tools).
Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance, including HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across functions, including healthcare, IT, HR, and leadership.
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly related to process optimization and system troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, as well as the ability to assess how these principles impact healthcare transactions and business processes.
