Responsibilities

Identify and deliver the right business solutions for each client.

Work on project teams with a variety of technologies for a wide range of clients.

Quickly learn the client’s industry and unique requirements of each engagement.

Facilitate key requirements with stakeholders and customers using standard and User Experience techniques.

Create functional designs, detailed designs, system mapping, wireframes, requirement specifications, and prototypes.

Work directly with Senior Project Managers, mentor junior Consultants, and ensure successful project delivery.

Required

Experience as a Lead Business Consultant or Product Owner

Experience with ACH Payments

Passionate about identifying and delivering the right Business solution for each client

Keen Business orientation with an understanding of how technology can be effectively applied to meet a variety of Business needs

Ability to quickly learn the client’s industry and unique requirements of each engagement

Ability to work in challenging environments and accomplish difficult assignments without significant supervision

Strong attention to detail

Ability to persevere through tough obstacles

Ability to handle stress and be accountable for delivery

Ability to complete goals on time

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience in strategic planning and decision-making for IT direction

Experience with standard and User Experience techniques

Experience with functional designs, detailed designs, system mapping, wireframes, requirement specifications, and prototypes

Ability to mentor junior Consultants
