Responsibilities
Design and optimize the infrastructure of the ad delivery system for high concurrency, availability, and low-latency ad delivery.
Continuously improve and innovate existing systems to support rapid business development.
Lead end-to-end software development, including software updates and release roll-outs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product and technical requirements, conducting necessary analysis for integration needs.
Provide technical leadership throughout the design process, guiding best practices and techniques.
Architect and implement infrastructure solutions using AWS services, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
Develop scalable and reliable infrastructure on AWS, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and related tools.
Implement and uphold security best practices across AWS and containerized environments.
Optimize application performance and availability in cloud environments.
Resolve technical issues impacting business operations.
Lead key feature developments and stay updated with advancements in AWS, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and application-related issues, collaborating closely with operations and development teams.
Identify and implement automation and optimization opportunities across infrastructure and deployment processes.

Required
Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
6-9 years of relevant work experience in large-scale system design and development.
Proficiency in cloud technologies, containerization, and distributed architecture.
Strong programming skills in C/C++ or Golang, with experience in network programming.
Knowledgeable about SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software engineering best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Experience in the advertising industry.
Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and willingness to accommodate flexible working hours.
Strong passion for learning and adopting new technologies.
