Develops and codes software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.
Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.

Ability to interpret and communicate insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers
Ability to tackle ambiguous business problems
Experience with data acquisition (all flavors of advanced SQL)
Experience with data manipulation (Python, R and regular expressions)
Experience with data analysis using practical statistical modeling
Familiarity with Cerner Millennium, clinical workflows, and standard metrics for general business operations

Preferred

8-10 years of relevant work experience
Strong technical skills in data acquisition and manipulation using advanced SQL
Good working knowledge of object-oriented programming and data structures
Strong skills in data visualization, with deep expertise of Tableau, Power BI, or Oracle Analytics Cloud
Experience developing data-intensive applications and reliable data pipelines in a cloud environment
Demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling and practical statistical learning
Ability to understand and prioritize work based on value and goals of a project
Comfortable facilitating meetings with clinicians, strategists, Oracle Health executives, or clients if needed
Ability to communicate effectively and summarize technically complex findings to non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the enterprise
Strong skills in developing effective presentations
Analytical thinking and interest in using metrics to improve decision-making and influence behavior
Curiosity and creativity to solve novel problems in unique ways
Commitment to incremental progress towards resolving a problem
Comfort with ambiguity
A demonstrated ability to pick up new skills quickly

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.
