Responsibilities
Lead the development and deployment of predictive models to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and drive decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain machine learning models to predict customer behavior and improve targeting strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of models and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts in best practices and advanced analytical techniques.
Identify new data sources that add lift to predictive modeling capabilities; work with bureaus and other data services to satisfy data requirements.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of data science innovation.

Required
MS or PhD in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Survey Research or another related quantitative field
5+ years financial services experience
5+ years building models in an applied context
Strong attention to detail; excellent communication and project management skills
Thorough understanding of machine learning techniques
Ability to perform exploratory data analysis and visualization
Experience with marketing mix modeling, digital attribution modeling, multivariate regression, time-series modeling, Bayesian statistics, segmentation modeling, machine learning, data mining, simulation, optimization, forecasting
Econometric modeling, traditional modeling techniques (regression, tree-based models), deep learning
Agile, Scrum experience
Technical experience with Python, SQL, Linux, AWS
