Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive data science strategy for dispute resolution, working mostly with unstructured data and analyzing large datasets to build accurate predictive models.

Take the lead on all aspects of the model development lifecycle, data processing, model building, and deployment.

Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Work independently in a highly autonomous environment.

Required

Proven track record of developing and deploying successful predictive models. You'll be working with unstructured data mostly in the form of text but also some audio and video.

Strong skills in programming languages needed for this work (e.g. Python, R, or other), and experience with data science libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

Strong expertise in statistical methods, data mining and data cleaning.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data science concepts to a non-technical audience.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Ability to lead a small team of Data Scientists
