Responsibilities

Work with engineering teams and product managers to deliver customer-facing features

Develop and deploy models into production, while owning and maintaining production models long term

Develop technical roadmaps for solving complex business problems using ML

Train, deploy, and maintain ownership of multiple production models for Conversations

Mentor and develop one or two direct reports

Required

Experience working with engineering teams and product managers successfully to deliver customer-facing features

Developing and putting models into production, while also owning and maintaining production models long term

Ability to develop technical roadmaps for solving complex business problems using ML

Advanced degree in computer science, statistics, data science, or equivalent industry experience

Proficiency in Python and experience using standard ML tools such as pandas, sklearn, PyTorch, XGBoost

Experience mentoring others and an interest in having a small number of direct reports

Preferred

Experience with Sagemaker, Ray, Spark, Huggingface

Experience with LLMs

Experience working with customers directly

Industry experience in software engineering
