Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of our product interfaces, ensuring consistency and excellence across all user touchpoints
Collaborate with AI engineers to create intuitive interfaces for complex AI systems
Build and maintain a scalable component library using modern frontend frameworks
Utilize AI tools effectively in both design and development workflows
Champion user-centered design principles across the organization
Mentor team members in UI/UX best practices and frontend development

Required
Proven experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and systematic thinking
Experience using AI tools in design and development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Midjourney)
Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and modern CSS practices
Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization
Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong understanding of user research and testing methodologies
Ability to write clean, maintainable code and review others' work
Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and communication
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
