Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate User Consultations

Develop/create business requirements for the existing Development Environment

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support process and service improvements

Troubleshoot errors in the current Development Environment and related problems with individual technology owners (Active Directory, Ping ID, VDI, Microsoft Management Console, etc.)

Create/develop dynamic reports to tell the story for the entire department from the various tools we use

Work to establish test process procedures; Work with technical teams to define the process for setting up/clearing test environment and running tests

Determine process for tracking test results including identification of both non-successful and successful test results

Work with technical teams to identify root cause and propose remedial action(s)

Prepares formal test result summaries to be on record; Establish tracking mechanism for recording and documenting test results

Define process for re-setting test environment to -clean- state for next round of testing
