Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Guide and motivate a team of engineering contractors, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
Needs Assessment: Quickly analyze client needs and bottlenecks, providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement innovative technical solutions that address client challenges and enhance productivity.
Technical Expertise: Leverage your expertise in Google Cloud Data Platform, Azure Data Suite, AWS Platform, ArcGIS, Google Earth Engine, MS Power Tools, UX/UI design, and data analytics (including predictive and prescriptive modeling) to drive results.
Technology Integration: Research and integrate emerging technologies, even when there is no established precedent, to create unique and effective solutions.
Communication and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, effectively communicating with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Mentorship and Growth: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth and development.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in Google Cloud Data Platform, Azure Data Suite, AWS, ArcGIS, Google Earth Engine, MS Power Tools, UX/UI design, and data analytics (including predictive and prescriptive modeling).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and changing project requirements.
Self-motivated to acquire new skills in multiple engineering practices and principles.
A passion for exploring new ideas and finding creative solutions.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong relationships with team members.
