Responsibilities
Being the bridge between the Ruby on Rails application and CI/CD pipelines.
Architecting, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for a large-scale Ruby on Rails application.
Collaborating with SRE and cross-functional teams to integrate multiple systems and ensure seamless operation.
Working closely with security teams to ensure Meraki remains secure and compliant.
Leading high-impact technology projects and resolving complex scale-related issues.
Sharing knowledge and promoting engineering best practices.
Making significant contributions to critically important business needs, even under high time pressure.
Solving extraordinarily complex problems that involve multiple components and require consensus from several teams.
Navigating unfamiliar technical areas and making consistent progress.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Applying understanding of the industry to design high-quality solutions and achieve the team's objectives.
Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Required
7+ years of professional experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management.
3+ years of professional experience working with Ruby on Rails applications.
Deep understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipeline management.
High proficiency with platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, and CircleCI.
Proven experience in managing and integrating multiple complex systems.
Passion for improving the developer experience.
Ability to thrive on a small engineering team and solve open-ended problems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Interest in career advancement. We value leadership, whether as a strong individual contributor or a tech lead.
Preferred
Experience or interest in networking.
Experience building cloud-based infrastructure and services (e.g. web applications).
