Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage documentation submissions from customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support project requirements.
Ensure timely transmission of documents while adhering to internal protocols.
Collaborate closely with suppliers to meet submission deadlines and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Review document submissions for completeness and adherence to relevant requirements.
Prepare reports on submission and approval statuses.
Provide frontline support to users encountering issues during the documentation process.
Utilize product lifecycle management tools to create, upload, and manage records efficiently.
Enforce documentation management procedures and templates across all stakeholders.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance documentation quality and processes.
Address and resolve non-conformances promptly and efficiently.
Support company initiatives for continuous improvement and digitalization.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
Minimum Of 5 Years' Experience Handling Supplier Document Submittals. Familiarity with change, configuration, and document management practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources effectively.
Knowledge of regulated industries (e.g., power, process, marine, medical, oil and gas), ideally nuclear under 10 CFR 50 Appendix B Quality Program.
Process-oriented with a strong focus on continuous performance improvement.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Preferred
Experience with Oracle ERP and Enovia's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool is a plus.
Familiarity with 10CFR 810 regulation is advantageous.
