Responsibilities
Coordinate with Project Managers to assign consultants to projects based on availability, skills, and client needs. Ensure effective and efficient resource utilization.
Identify and address resource constraints and escalate issues as needed.
Staffing Coordination: Conduct weekly staffing meetings to align project staff and forecast hours in Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint.
Track staff utilization and address potential staffing issues with senior leadership.
Ensure contractors complete timesheets, update contracts, validate Statements of Work, and monitor staff performance.
Successfully onboard new hires and project management consultants, ensuring proper account activation and deactivation.
Maintain financial records of contract staff to assist with accurate billing and invoice reconciliation.
Lead corporate projects and initiatives as required.

Required
Proven experience in resource/people management within an Information Services organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project Server, SharePoint, and other project management tools.
Experience in desktop or help desk support, service desk support, SCCM.
Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with Project Managers and senior leadership.
Ability to identify and resolve resource constraints and staffing issues.
Excellent organizational skills to manage onboarding, contract management, and financial record keeping.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and stakeholder needs.
