Required

7+ years of commercial experience with .NET

Strong knowledge of C#

Solid understanding of frontend technologies - particularly experience with Angular

Experience with the listed tech stack

Prior technical leadership experience with hands-on development

Desire to mentor and grow team members

Experience assessing system architectures and addressing code quality issues

Strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher)

Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
