Lead Generation and Lifecycle Marketing Manager - Remote

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow our consumer (parent) email and contact lists.
Own execution of B2C campaigns, including email, webinars, and digital events, ensuring a seamless customer journey and consistent brand messaging.
Collaborate with content and to create compelling materials that drive engagement and conversions.
Build and manage contact lists of pediatricians, health professionals, and school staff in our current and future markets.
Leverage research, data partnerships, and lead capture tools to expand and refine B2B outreach lists.
Design and execute targeted B2B nurture campaigns (email, webinars, events, etc.) to establish interest and drive sales leads.
Segment audiences to tailor messaging and cadence for different professional groups (e.g., pediatricians vs. school counselors).
Use analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize for engagement and conversion.

Required
5+ years of experience in lead generation, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role, ideally in healthcare or education.
Proven experience growing and managing B2C and B2B contact lists.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) and CRM tools.
Experience working within a CMS to manage content.
Strong ability to develop and execute nurture campaigns and content-driven marketing strategies.
Analytical mindset with experience using A/B testing and data analysis to improve campaign performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for compelling messaging.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
