Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research to identify prospects in CSR
Utilize various tools to build a robust pipeline of contacts at associated organizations
Maintain an organized database of leads with relevant information and qualification status.
Assist in executing targeted outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media
Help craft personalized communications to engage prospects and generate interest in our programs.
Support in tracking response rates and adjusting outreach strategies for optimal effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities in our CRM system.
Assist in tracking and analyzing key metrics such as lead volume, quality, and conversion rates.
Contribute to preparing regular reports on lead generation performance and pipeline health
Utilize data insights to refine lead generation strategies continuously.

Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Non-Profit Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
Familiarity with funding mechanisms such as CSR, impact investing, grants, and corporate partnerships.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
Preferred
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and lead tracking tools is a plus.
