Required

Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation with a focus on email campaigns using Apollo or other email campaign software, particularly in the insurance industry or related fields.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage potential clients.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess data, track metrics, and optimize lead generation efforts based on performance insights.
A proactive and driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing industry trends and client needs.
