Required
Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
8-10 years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years in the mortgage or financial industry and/or B2B branding.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for design, including composition, grid systems, and typographic hierarchy.
Proven ability to balance increasing responsibilities while maintaining focus and quality.
Collaborative team player with excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic.
Extensive experience in brand identity design, with a solid understanding of digital design principles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred
Previous agency experience (in-house or traditional) is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with motion design is a plus.
