Responsibilities
Architect and Deploy: Design and implement a comprehensive metadata management framework using Informatica CDGC, ensuring integration with existing systems and workflows.
Performance expectations: Design and manage multiple project initiatives to optimize and maintain high availability.
Establish Data Lineage: Lead efforts to map and document data flow across systems, enabling transparency and reliability for business-critical operations.
Leverage AI & Automation: Utilize CLAIRE to create AI-powered data quality reports, enhancing exploratory data profiling and delivering actionable insights.
Standardize Data Quality: Develop and enforce data quality standards, including implementing GE-specific data quality rules, and monitoring ongoing compliance.
Drive Innovation: Evaluate and recommend emerging tools and practices in data fabric technologies, integrating them for organizational benefit.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Lead with Expertise: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Required
12+ Years of experience (Must have lead experience)
Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Informatica CDGC, EDC, AXON, with a strong understanding of its advanced features.
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or SQL) for custom rule implementation and automation.
Deep knowledge of metadata and data lineage frameworks and their role in enterprise data management.
Familiarity with CLAIRE and similar AI tools to automate and enhance data quality initiatives.
Ability to identify and address complex data issues proactively, driving long-term resolutions.
Proven track record in leading technical teams, with the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines.
Preferred
Experience with other data governance/catalog tools is a plus.
Background in building or working within an AI Data Fabric or data mesh environment.
Understanding of cloud-based data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
