Responsibilities
Configure and maintain mailboxes, including email forwarding, shared mailboxes, and email security settings to ensure secure and efficient email communication.
Implement and manage Office 365 compliance features, including data loss prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, and retention policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Oversee the deployment and management of Microsoft Teams, including team creation, policy configuration, and integration with other Office 365 services to enhance internal communication and collaboration.
Monitor and troubleshoot Office 365 services and connectivity issues, using tools like the Microsoft 365 admin center and PowerShell scripts to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for the integration of third-party services and applications with the Office 365 environment, ensuring seamless interoperability and enhancing the platform’s capabilities.
Possess extensive experience in managing and configuring Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. Ideal candidates have a strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and network administration.
Skilled in system migrations, security protocols, user support and expertise in the entire Office 365.
Experienced in troubleshooting, user training, and policy implementation is crucial.

Experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
8+ years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree.
10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
Relevant certifications preferred.
BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree.
