Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the integrations engineering team.
Architect and develop scalable integration solutions with various Property Management Systems.
Oversee the synchronization of inventory, pricing, and availability data.
Ensure the reliability and efficiency of integration processes, identifying and addressing potential issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to deliver seamless integration experiences.
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve integration processes.

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior or lead integration engineering role.
Strong understanding of various integration systems and protocols (e.g., APIs, webhooks).
Experience managing and synchronizing large datasets, particularly in inventory, pricing, and availability contexts.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or similar.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
Prior experience working with Property Management Systems.
