Required
6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in GovCon
3+ years' experience recruiting at the TS/SCI + Polygraph clearance level
3+ years' experience recruiting software engineers, data sciences, and/or cloud/devops engineers
Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter (not just LinkedIn)
Proficiency using one or more common Applicant Tracking Systems
Process-driven approach to sourcing, recruiting, and maintaining candidate relationships
Bachelor's Degree or higher
US Citizenship and ability to obtain a US government security clearance
