Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise-level web services leveraging MongoDB as the backend platform.
Onboard and manage services on API platforms such as IBM API Connect.
Support the migration of services to the AWS ecosystem, utilizing AWS tools and services.
Develop advanced search functionalities within applications accessing data from MongoDB.
Engage with downstream stakeholders to negotiate requirements and ensure alignment.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to industry best practices.
Explore emerging technologies such as GraphQL to enhance system capabilities.

Required
Strong experience in Java development with a focus on web services and APIs - 8 Years
Expertise in integrating MongoDB, including advanced NoSQL query design - 8 Years
Hands-on experience with enterprise-level API platforms, preferably IBM API Connect - 8 Years
Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering complex projects - 5 Years
Experience with AWS Cloud tools and services - 3 Years
Preferred
Knowledge of GraphQL and its application in enterprise environments - 3 Years
Hands-on experience in transitioning services from Cloudera to MongoDB.
Familiarity with best practices for deploying and scaling applications in the AWS ecosystem.
Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Proficiency in integrating front-end technologies with back-end services.
