Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of full-stack Java applications using ReactJS and Spring Boot
Define technical solutions and provide guidance to cross-functional teams
Write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code
Perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability
Troubleshoot and debug production issues
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Mentor and coach team members on technical and soft skills
