Responsibilities
Develop and implement labor relations strategies to maintain positive relationships between management and employees
Handle collective bargaining agreements and negotiations with labor unions
Provide guidance and interpretation of labor laws and regulations
Investigate and resolve labor disputes, grievances, and conflicts
Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws
Conduct training sessions on labor relations policies and procedures
Participate in disciplinary actions and terminations related to labor issues

Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in labor relations or related field
Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
