Responsibilities
Predictive Modeling and Experimentation : Build and deploy models for demand prediction, supply optimization, and budget allocation. Develop and standardize testing frameworks to ensure accurate insights across channels.
Strategic Analysis and Insights : Dive into customer behavior data to identify patterns, determine which promotions work, and optimize engagement strategies. Your insights will strengthen retention and lifetime value by informing marketing and business approaches.
Business Problem Solving : Translate data science results into actionable business strategies, helping refine marketing efforts, increase lead scoring accuracy, and reduce churn. Contribute to defining KPIs that measure real impact and success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Marketing, Data Engineering, and executive leadership to ensure alignment on data strategies, bringing data-backed insights that drive smarter decision-making and targeted marketing initiatives.
Project Management : Take charge of managing data science projects, ensuring milestones are met and keeping cross-functional teams informed and engaged.

Required
Expertise in predictive modeling, consumer data analysis, and experimentation frameworks.
Previous experience with marketing analytics, particularly in ad tracking and performance measurement.
Strong skills in data modeling and ETL processes.
Hands-on experience using Jupyter Notebook for analysis.
Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
Ability to work with consumer and lead data, with a focus on key metrics like LTV, churn, and retention to guide business decisions.
Proven track record working cross-functionally and engaging with high-level stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions and align on key priorities.
You’re a forward-thinker who can bridge technical data science work with high-impact business outcomes, particularly in marketing strategy and customer lifecycle management.
Preferred
Experience with B2B lead scoring, customer segmentation, and subscription models.
Retail backgrounds specifically within D2C and social-media campaigning.
