Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and customization of Maximo 7.6 for utilities industry processes.
Looking for someone who can work with the different business users and has hands-on experience with Maximo Mobil.
Conduct system performance analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and performance of Maximo environments.
Manage a team of Maximo developers, ensuring project deadlines and deliverables are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, system administrators, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop and implement integration solutions with other enterprise systems such as ERP, GIS, SCADA, etc.
Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and IT security protocols.
Perform data migration and upgrades of Maximo environments.
Develop reports and dashboards using BIRT or other reporting tools.
Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide junior developers in Maximo development.
Stay up-to-date with Maximo best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

Required
12+ years of experience in IBM Maximo development with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
In-depth knowledge of IBM Maximo 7.6 platform and its applications, especially within the utilities sector.
Proven expertise in Maximo system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Experience with Maximo utilities applications such as asset management, work management, and service requests.
Strong experience of SQL, MIF (Maximo Integration Framework), automation scripting (Python/JavaScript), and Java/J2EE for Maximo customizations.
Experience with Maximo upgrades and patching processes.
Familiarity with BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) or other reporting solutions for Maximo.
Strong knowledge of Maximo configuration, including workflows, escalations, and application designer.
Experience with integrating Maximo with external systems (e.g., ERP, GIS, SCADA).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
