Responsibilities
Architect scalable, cost-efficient, reliable, and secure ML solutions.
Design, implement, and deploy ML solutions within AWS.
Select appropriate ML technology and AWS services to implement solutions effectively.
Build and maintain infrastructure to support the development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning applications to streamline development and deployment.
Work closely with data scientists to meet requirements for model serving, versioning, and reproducibility.
Monitor and optimize model performance in production, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Automate tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error within MLOps workflows.
Document processes and provide training to team members on MLOps best practices, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Stay current with the latest MLOps tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Required
10+ Years of experience
AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (Mandatory)
3+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related fields.
Strong programming skills in Python and GoLang, with additional experience in languages like Java, C++, or Scala as a plus.
Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions.
Hands-on experience with AWS, including containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools, including AWS CDK and CloudFormation.
Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, covering data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience with feature stores, model registries, and monitoring tools like MLflow, Tecton, or Seldon.
Familiarity with data engineering tools, including AWS EMR, Glue, and Apache Spark.
Knowledge of security best practices for machine learning systems.
Experience with A/B testing and model performance monitoring.
