Responsibilities

Perform calculations and analysis of accounts receivable valuation and third-party reimbursement reporting.

Assist in budgeting and modeling net patient service revenue.

Review supporting schedules and coordinate with external advisors for preparation of annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports.

Analyze regulations and calculate financial impacts of reimbursement changes.

Prepare applications and accounting for state supplemental payment programs.

Support operations in the Texas market.

Healthcare ExperienceKodiak/RCA ExperienceLeadership

Required

Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required. Leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences: Healthcare experience highly preferred. Kodiak/RCA experience highly preferred.
