Responsibilities

Implement strategies and systems improvements to support business operations
Utilize data to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiencies and problem-solving
Assess root causes and solutions for issues and lead performance improvement implementations
Partner with internal teams and external partners to define implementation requirements and timelines
Drive the development and enhancement of reporting metrics

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, arts and sciences, or related field
4+ years of experience in customer service or financial services operations
Hands-on experience with RESPA-TILA disclosure guides and mortgage regulations
Strong knowledge of loan operations functions, especially in mortgage lending
Experience in identifying and resolving requirements, processes, and project issues

Preferred

Experience with TRID, FDPA, ECOA, HMDA, RESPA, Regs B and Z, etc.
Familiarity with identifying and facilitating resolution of requirements, processes, and project issues
