Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the highest quality standards

Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using JMeter to streamline testing processes

Provide expertise in monitoring and analyzing application performance using Splunk and AWS CloudWatch

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and ensure optimal application performance

Utilize Appdynamics to monitor application health and proactively address issues before they impact users

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance and performance testing

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness

Mentor and guide junior quality engineers, fostering a culture of quality and excellence

Conduct regular reviews of test results and provide actionable insights to project stakeholders

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and best practices

Coordinate with property management domain experts to ensure domain-specific requirements are thoroughly tested

Lead efforts to integrate new testing tools and technologies into the existing testing framework

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of testing progress and results to project managers and other stakeholders
