Responsibilities
Design and Develop Solutions: Create custom business applications using Model Driven with Business Processes and Data verse structured in an optimal manner, automate workflows with Power Automate cloud flows and RPA, document extraction using AI Builder and develop data visualization solutions using Power BI.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Power Platform developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure. Conduct code reviews and implement best practices.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the developed solutions.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform.

Required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development
At least 5 years of experience in the Microsoft Power Platform
Proficiency in Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas)
Proficiency in Power Automate (Cloud flows and RPA)
Proficiency in Power BI
Proficiency in AI builder and other related technologies
Strong understanding of data modeling
Strong understanding of SQL
Strong understanding of integration techniques
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Power Platform Developer (PL 400) certification is mandatory
Preferred
Power Platform Solution Architect (PL 600) certification is an added advantage
