Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design efforts for health and science-based innovation projects, from discovery to delivery.
Craft exceptional visual designs and UX experiences that are user-centered and aligned with the global brand's standards.
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to intake new projects, define scope, and establish priorities.
Act as a bridge between design and other teams, ensuring alignment on goals and seamless integration of design solutions.
Present concepts, prototypes, and final designs to senior leadership and key stakeholders, articulating design decisions with clarity and confidence.
Provide guidance and feedback to other designers, fostering their professional growth.
Lead design critiques and facilitate workshops to encourage collaboration and ideation within the team.

Required
7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on both visual design and user experience (UX) for applications and software.
Demonstrated success in leading design efforts and mentoring team members.
Exceptional skills in visual design, including typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
Expertise in user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of tailoring messages to various audiences.
Highly collaborative and open to feedback, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Detail-oriented while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
Passionate about innovation, health, and science, with a curiosity for emerging trends in these fields.
