Required
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in product design
Experience designing digital products and systems, not just websites
A portfolio of work that contains examples of interaction design work
Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions
Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
Experience working with design systems
Preferred
Experience working in an agile development environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering and product management
Experience with user research and usability testing
Experience with animation and motion design
Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
