Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with enterprise clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Act as a liaison between the customer and the Upward’s technical team.
Lead the strategy and execution of their requests to ensure we are exceeding their expectations.
Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s goals and market needs.
Ensure our products meet the highest functionality, reliability, and usability standards.
This will include testing, quality assurance, and the ability to optimize as you see recommended.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Translate insights into actionable product strategies.
Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define product vision, and work closely with engineering to deliver winning products.
Define and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate product success and make informed decisions for product enhancements and optimizations.
Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve our product offerings to serve enterprise customers better.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of product management experience, specifically in an enterprise environment.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS platforms, and the B2B market.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building productive and positive relationships with enterprise clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
Candidates in or around Los Angeles County are strongly preferred.
