Responsibilities

End-to-end marketplace development, including matching efficiency and geographic expansion

Parent experience, from search and discovery through booking and care coordination

Provider EMR platform, including scheduling, documentation, and practice growth tools

Internal operations suite powering marketplace management and analytics

Product strategy and roadmap across all platform components

Systems, processes, and culture that will scale with our next phase of growth

Track record of data-driven growth and conversion optimization

Strong experimentation background and analytics proficiency

Success scaling marketplace liquidity and engagement

Deep empathy for healthcare challenges

Experience with provider/consumer products

Success balancing clinical needs with user experience

Data-informed but empathy-driven approach to healthcare solutions
