Responsibilities
Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a variety of groundbreaking initiatives impacting DX businesses.
Lead teams through the testing lifecycle of technology or digital initiatives, collaborating with interdisciplinary business partners on problem-solving, product vision, business model, and jobs-to-be-done.
Work across research, innovation, and external partners to develop a perspective for the organization’s product strategy.
Report testing progress across a broad project portfolio and prioritize activities with product teams.
Partner with multiple teams to capture roadmap items, prioritize, and collaboratively plan testing implementations and learnings.

Required
Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience in product or project management supporting a technology organization.
Experience leading technology projects and large-scale transformations.
Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal direction.
Effective verbal and written communication ability and comfort with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences.
Experience in building relationships and leading through influence.
Outstanding strategic, analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Experience with emerging technologies including CV, NLP, AR/VR, Gen AI, AI/ML, and Digital/Physical.
Experience working on POCs, Pilots, and testing with end users
Master’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
