Required
5+ years Project / Product Management experience working with both business and IT/Tech Dev stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams
Strong verbal and written skills to elicit and document requirements
Self driven with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams from ideation to completion
Preferred
Experience managing projects launching new promotions or marketing campaigns
Experience managing a product rate increase initiative
Experience launching projects in the agile process
Experience writing Epics, capabilities and features in Jira Align
