Responsibilities
Coach and lead Program Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators to ensure optimal performance and compliance to standard processes and procedures.
Provide subject matter expertise and leadership for the implementation of strategic and project management initiatives, focusing on achieving strategic goals and advising IT Leadership on best practices.
Design and execute project management disciplines within the Project Management Office.
Act as a subject matter expert on project management policies and procedures.
Develop and implement standards, procedures, system monitors, and controls to ensure successful project management and reporting.
Maintain methodology that adapts to changing project management priorities and manages enterprise risks and impacts.
Provide coaching and mentorship to project management positions across IT.
Continuously improve and develop data metrics to measure portfolio health from initiation to deployment.
Develop and maintain project and portfolio metrics for executive project reporting and assessing the performance of the Project Management team.
Design and implement efficient work processes, identify and implement automation where applicable.
Write policies, standards, and procedures, develop presentation materials, and have experience with Agile methodologies.
Utilize Clarity and Azure Boards, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

Required
More than 10 years of experience
Experience coaching and leading Program Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators
Subject matter expertise in project management
Experience in developing and implementing standards, procedures, system monitors, and controls for project management
Knowledge of project management policies and procedures
Experience in providing coaching and mentorship to project management positions
Ability to develop and maintain project and portfolio metrics
Strong ability to write policies, standards, and procedures
Strong ability to develop presentation material (ppt)
Experience with Agile ways of working
Experience with Clarity and Azure Boards
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Experience in providing advice to IT Leadership on Project Management best practices, delivery management, risk, and issue management
Experience in designing and executing project management disciplines within a Project Management Office
Experience in maintaining methodology that adapts to changing project management priorities
Experience in providing training on project management processes, standards, and procedures
Experience in identifying and implementing automation in project management
Experience in designing and implementing better ways of work
